Production of milk and milk products

In our endeavours, we focus on the production of high quality cheese and butter, produced only from best quality milk, obtained from cows we raise ourselves, sustained on organic feed.

In our products, you will not find any of the now commonly used substitutes that reduce costs. We do not replace milk fat with with vegetable fats. We do not add potato starch. We do not apply thickeners, fillers and the like. We produce by means of traditional methods, using the latest techniques and technologies.
